Dinner Buffet

The Vlonders dinner buffet is available (if there is sufficient interest) on workdays between 6.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. The buffet is centrally located, with a different selection every day. Suitable for business guests who would like a quick tasty meal. But the buffet also offers many possibilities for our guests who have more time to linger and enjoy their food.

Starters

You can choose from a large selection of cold entrées, such as a seafood cocktail, meat or fish carpaccio, a fresh salad, smoked fish fillets, a piece of pâté or a few slices of delicious dried ham.

The entrées are served with French bread and butter.

Soup

This is followed by the soup du jour.

Main dishes

Led by our chef, you can then choose from our buffet of main dishes. He makes daily: 2 different meat dishes, a fish dish and a poultry dish. Upon request, a specially adapted dish can be served for our vegetarian guests. (Kindly let us know in advance.) With your main course, we serve a variety potato and vegetable dishes and salads, from the buffet.

Desserts

To give your meal a special conclusion, we offer a dessert buffet. This consists of selected sweet items, such as mousses, pastries and ice cream. You can also choose to conclude your meal with fresh fruit.
