Most of our fish is MSC-certified to meet stringent sustainability criteria that safeguard fish stock for future generations.

We use veal from Rosé veal calves that are inspected by the S.K.V. The animal welfare is of paramount importance.

Our Prime rib and fillet steak come from Dutch Blaarkop cattle, which live in a wildlife habitat.

Our coffee and tea products are U.T.Z .-certified and therefore responsibly grown.
