Polderland Buffet

During the cold winter months, we offer a delicious buffet with authentic Dutch dishes. Minimum number of participants: 20. You then choose 1 soup and 2 hotchpotch dishes. With a minimum of 30 participants, you have a complete buffet with 2 types of soup and 3 hotchpotch dishes. The Polderland buffet can also be combined with bowling. Contact our Reservations department for this option.

Dutch pea soup, served with a slice of pumpernickel and boiled and smoked streaky bacon

A hearty brown bean soup with lean smoked bacon

Hot main dishes

Leiden hotchpotch, garnished with thin flank
Dutch sauerkraut hotchpotch with sausage
Traditional kale with diced bacon
Grandmother’s meatballs and rashers
